Does VIP give me unfair advantages in PvP? No. VIP perks are quality-of-life benefits only — Discord access, queue priority, cosmetics. They never give gameplay advantages like extra damage, resources, or abilities.

How do I receive my VIP perks? Join our Discord and open a support thread in #vip-support with proof of payment. Staff will manually apply your role within 24 hours.

Can my VIP be revoked? Yes. VIP status does not exempt you from the rules. Serious violations result in VIP being revoked without refund, as stated in our terms.

Are refunds available? Due to the digital nature of VIP perks, we do not offer refunds once perks have been applied. Contact staff before purchasing if you have questions.
